Biosketch:

Akintayo Dayo Idowu is an expert in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management and former Provost, College of Management and Social Sciences at Osun State University, Osogbo, Nigeria. He has published more than seventy articles in learned and reputable journals. He has authored a book on Research Methodology. He is currently writing a new book on Human Resource Management: Theory and Practices. He has conducted some original surveys on work-family role conflict and organizational commitment among Nigerian employees; wage determination and economic reality, Organizational justice and employees' behavioural outcomes, family-friendly human resource management and employees job performance, human resource training programmes and perceived organizational productivity, emotional intelligence and conflict management effectiveness, emotional intelligence and diversity management, time management practices and business performance, etc.
