… As over ten University staff received twenty-five million naira in the first phase
The Management of the University under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye on Monday, 22nd of February, 2022 disbursed the sum of twenty-five million naira to some staff of the University under the staff housing and car loan scheme.
The final Admission list of Osun State University for the 2021/2022 Admission exercise into various degree programmes has been released. Prospective candidates who participated in the Admission screening exercise can check their admission status via the Undergraduate Admissions portal.
The Management at its meeting of Monday, 24th January, 2022 observed that the Hostel Accomodation for all fresh students in the main campus, Osogbo has been exhausted. The bed spaces had been fully utilized.

In its continuous attempt to be a centre of excellence while providing high-quality teaching and learning experiences, the Management of Osun State University, under the leadership of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Clement Adebooye on Tuesday, 11th January, 2022 held a collaborative meeting with the representatives of the Harvard University at the University’s main campus in Osogbo to deliberate on areas of collaborations.
The Governing Council of Osun State University, under the leadership of its Chairman, Mallam Yusuf Olaolu Ali (SAN), has announced the appointment of Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye as the University’s 4th substantive Vice-Chancellor.

The management of Osun State University, led by the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Afeez Adefemi Bello debunks this claim as they hold no water.

The management of Osun State University has kick-started plan to hold the third annual lecture in honour of Prince Tunde Ponnle, a friend of the University who is also a member of the Governing council based on his contribution to the development of the University and the Educational system at large.

Notice is hereby given that the registration for the 2021/2022 Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) screening exercise has been extended for candidates who chose Osun State University as their first choice or those willing to change their institution and make UNIOSUN their first choice, with a minimum score of 160 marks. However, candidates can no longer register for the following programmes: Nursing, Medicine, Law , Common and Islamic Law, Medical Laboratory Science, Computer Science, English and International Studies, Linguistics and Communication Studies.
