Biosketch:

Abdulazeez Abdulmaleek is a passionate researcher and Graduate Assistant in the Department of Human Resource Development,  Osun State University, Osogbo, Nigeria. His research interests  are employment relations and human resource management.  He earned a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management with First-Class Honours in 2018 and, in 2022,  completed his M.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management with Distinction from the University of Lagos. He has received several honours, including recognition as the Best Graduating Student in his field, both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Abdulmaleek’s articles on HR management, employment relations and talent management  have been published in international and local journals. His dedication to education and research is underscored by his extensive work in his areas of research coupled with  his commitment to professional development through memberships in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
